i live in Perth, not sure if cold/dust is playing a part,
do you think the techs at Harvey Norman would be able to easily identify the problem? motherboard, RAM, heat, dust etc
i've taken a monitor back before, they said there was nothing wrong with it, had to take it back again a week or two later - they told me it was faulty and said i'd have to wait for them to order a new one in - i said i'd have one from the store straight away, had to be persistent
do you have to manually search for firmware, driver, hardware updates? are they not done automatically?
