4c is well above the offer price ...???
if SP was at 2.78, then yes id expect a revised offer wold be low balled at 2.85..
The only way this will get above that is seeing the shuffle for control in the background of anns being realeased of sub holder notices.
i watch with great interest but expect little. Still holding 60% after selling 40 into the bid
