    let the news flow fall and straight back up again. Manipulated for the easy reversal. 99 million market cap for a de risked basin and an area crying for energy but just needs a signature to make it a multi billion dollar asset over night. Tells you how dumb the selling is even after the company comes out and says in next few weeks this will be resolved. It’s given every trader a quick flip coming up and then a soak before a rerate
