The extra $25m costs them nothing but costs retail as a further 30m SOI dilution.
I am a little surprise why without any info provided. I still believe euro and US warehousing and people expansion will be needed. So the quantum doesnt surprise me but the lack of info does.
If there are interested majors this could be a poison pill to them.
