According to the timeline in the November 2023 investor presentation, it takes about 6 months to complete "process transfer" after signing a new Foundry. Today, its been 6 months since WBT signed with DBHiTek, so news must be due very soon. Given WBT have already done this cycle before with Skywater at 130nm, one would think it would be straight forward for them.
