I for one, DO NOT favor any (Govt or other) measures that could assist Risk takers/Developers/ ie. some of your "drum style commentators who have profited and got out etc.... I have amountain of international data on what some countries have done to avert severity in these events... Over to anyone with constructive comments...Ta
