Is that RSI a daily or weekly? Assuming a 14 period look back the RSI is obviously low as there are many more loss days (and magnitude) than gains recently. I suspect in the face of a deliberate sell down the RSI is irrelevant until they are finished (either achieve the goal or news comes [very soon lol]).
