Every piece of land in South America just like in Australia are claimed to be indigenous.
The real problem is the socialist goverment in Colombia, just like in Peru, and Chile were initially anti-mining give the voice to these "indigenous communities" to try to stop development.
However, the government already provided LCL with all licenses to develop the including the EIA
LCL just don't find support or guanratees from the goverment so they can develop it.
If a Chinese mine take over 2.6Moz at $10 per ounce (super cheap) = $26 Million in the bank
The whole region could grown to 4Moz if they could only continue to explore there.
