That doesn't make sense. The stock was trading at $1.00 since 7 Feb. The 'pleased to announce' was on the 27 Feb. It's not like the 'please to announce' drove the stock price up to $1.00, it was already there?
I think we all just had high hopes of a rebound, as did many big institutional fund managers, and when the rebound didn't come people sold.
