I understood that Dynasty was the best play TTM has and that is why the board were very happy that this current JV deal could be done with Linderos. Dynasty is still TTM's 100% which makes huge sense. TTM will now prove up Dynasty which already has over 3 million ounces , if they get to say 5 million ounces then the buyout or takeover price for TM is way north of where the SP is now. Also now that Gina is a JV partner the other major players, which have been circling for a while, will now have to really consider how to best take out TTM without creating a bidding war with others if they still want TTM's dirt. I personally am very happy with this and the way that it could potentially play out. This is all my own thoughts so please DYOR
