The new Jerusalem has been built gum. Its done. It's finished, just as Jesus mission was fulfilled in His first coming. Many could not see what Jesus had done until His Resurrection. He sowed the seed and many couldn't see it.
Your assumption of some form of genetic coding towards "landfill" has already been overcome. The seed has been sown. Because you can't see the tree and the fruits thereof doesn't mean the Divine Farmer has not sown the seeds. When the seed is sown, the tree is not only possible, but inevitable.
You're not even conscious of the seed that has been sown so naturally you will never be able to discern what the seed will become in all its glory and splendour.
