Good luck getting rid of Joel Latham. He suddenly owns close to 9% (165 million shares ASX) of your company.
Numero uno shareholder and by quite a bit.
Power.
Dr Sud, the rainmaker, ploughed millions into this company and didn't own anywhere near that.
Motivation.
Dr Sud sold all.
Exasperation.
How much coin has Joel put in again? Doesn't matter now because he's entrenched.
Magnification.
The strange thing about this company is the power imbalance.
Joel and Troy Valentine have been showered in an all time freebie give away.
YOU TAKE ALL THE THE RISK, WHILE THEY GET OVERPAID, AND ON TOP OF THAT, GET A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MORE RISK FREE SHARES.
Curiously, the others have to settle for a measly 100k (10 million shares in ASX money, which is still a hefty payday).
Bob "the Builder", the company's great hope & APRIx George get the crumbs but they are mighty big crumbs if you are willing to buy more?
Why has Pete Widdows been left behind in this freebie shower?
Who's zooming who?
And how does you're family benefit from their benefit?
Don't ask questions anyway.
Obey.
