@Frank7717. I would just like to add that the southern fault block region where well M-1ST was drilled has also been declared a discovery.
Given that there was significant evidence of both gas and oil deposits in M-1ST (high mud gas peaks, fluorescence, drill breaks, and geochemical data), I believe it is likely that there is at least 35m net pay in M-1ST. The mud gas peaks and fluorescence in both M-1ST and M-2ST were similult ar.
M-1ST and M-2ST are separated by a central fault block, so it suggests there is likely to be similar mud log data in the central region as well.
Only one formation pre-test pressure recording was obtained in the Upper Angwa in M-1ST. We have not seen a plot of all the available RCI and MDT pre-test pressures to establish if the M-1ST point is higher or lower than the trend line in M-2ST.
Basically, as M-1ST has also been declared a discovery, should the southern fault block be included as additional contingent resources or not, even though there was no fluid sample to surface?
