You can aim for a thing but you cannot control it. Even when you are right. Have you never tried to sell anything? The only options open to holders are to wait with patience for the fish to bite and get hauled in, or to roll op your line and go somewhere else to fish. Everything else is just grumbling and looking for somebody to grumble about.
