I don't mean to be vague but as I watch it on IRESS and the way flurries of buy orders go through combined with illogical sell orders (i.e. just enough sales volume added to push the open price down)

The traders briefly got excited when it first ran to 1.44 pre trading halt and the vagueness of the convertible announcement took the wind out of the price.
