As I said, I think MNB has a lot going for it and will eventually be very successful, but I'm sorry whichever way you look at the latest cap raise - it was crap. Obviously these last minute investors & Shanghai Jason pulling out upset the apple cart, the initial $10m over subscribed placement at 7c with no free option was acceptable.

When you say it was just a 23% discount - IMO that is very misleading.

I've never said otherwise. I said from the start that I was disappointed with the attaching options and I received them!
I don't see what's deceiving about the discount. It's the price of the cr below last traded price. The options are what made hhe cr unlikeable, not the discount.
