"This tree shake, or culling with a chainsaw, has been orchestrated by the same entities that allowed the SP to remain stable for the first quarter of this year. These being the institutions. They have a long term holding planed for IMU. They are professional with billions in funds at their disposal. For mine, they patiently bough between $0.10c- $0.115c waiting for the $0.12- $0.14c wall to come down or move towards them- that never did. So cunningly, knowing shareholders were expectant of great clinical announcements, pounced on the opportunity when holders were let down. They simply start by selling 10-20 million shares in a day. This sees the SP going under $0.10c as frail retail holders either panic or spit their dummy, in selling their shares. The next day they sell a similar amount, seeing the SP falling around 15% per day. Over the past couple of days and into the next few weeks- Whilst all the dummy spitters are long gone, but there's a continued panic sell off (opposite to FOMO), they simply buy 20-30 million shares per day 30-40% cheaper than what they sold them for a week ago. They continue purchasing up to $0.10c again, however once its trading back there again, they are now holding 30-40% more shares than when they orchestrated the selloff. Brilliant and perfectly legal."
Of all the commentary and speculation posted here in the last week or so, this is by far the most logical and reasonable imo. I have essentially said the same thing on many occasions. Ragnaroff pointed out that they wouldn't be doing all this for a profit. In context of the last 2 sentences quoted above I believe that he means a profit for 10c. And this would be true. They aren't doing this for a few cents profit they are doing this to accumulate. There has been several accumulation events like this one in Imugene's history over the past couple of years, this is only the most recent one. And the same formula is used because it works. Let's recap this one:
- Only positive company fundamentals, nothing negative.
- Technicals have had us in a very long range. The longer the range the bigger the breakout
- Technicals have indicated significant build up in bull pressure over this time and breakout probability was largely to the upside.
- Macro events showed up negative. This provided a catalyst. Some large orchestrated sells trigger the fear that is oh-so evident in these forums atm - the goal.
- Fear and panic feed the machine and down it goes. When it slows, it is orchestrated selling again.
Smart money is behind this. They are accumulating as many shares as possible at prices as low as possible and this is the most successful tactic to do that. Lion's only roar to scare when hunting domestic animals, not wild ones. Domestic animals are the ones that scatter in fear and bolt. They have roared and the domestic retail has bolted. They are taking all the shares that they can. At these levels, they just don't care about dollar value. They can happily loose money on events like this (orchestrating sell downs) knowing they are gaining a much bigger holding. Look at the volumes for the last 5 months - that's retail. Look at the volumes this week. That's retail crapping the bed and the lions claiming their prize.
Why?
Spend some time on that thought. NO negative fundamentals. If one takes the time to check what LC and the company has said, they haven't failed to do anything they said they would. They failure has been with people's emotional expectations and the hype on this forum. We were never promised data these last couple of conferences, and yet many are upset like they were promises. The forum is a great resource but it is flawed, and some need to stop being swayed by hype. Data is still expected, and will come. Does a supposed 'delay' mean now that the data was bad, where it was good just a 2 weeks ago? Absurd. Muppets who are claiming this don't have a clue, and all the pussies who get sucked in and are now panicking need to go wash themselves.
So why would the Lions be accumulating? Because of what's coming, certainly not because of fear of missed assumptions. Fundamentally, nothing has changed, except the world Marcos which are timid compared to recent years. Without escalation of these, we should recover quite quickly. Sacred and fearful with less shares, lions with more. They are here for the end game. This down move was the perfect storm for large pocket accumulating lions, and with an end goal of fear and panic, I'd suggest they executed it exceptionally.
Fellow investors, If you have invested for Imugene to have a financial outcome, then seriously take a moment to consider the following question: Why does a dip in the price when things still look so good bother you so much. I believe that we are still at least 12 months away from any realistic expectations of deal other than Hervaxx, so don't let these day to day moves bother you so much. Go wash the soil from your sheets then check your fundamentals again, do your due diligence again, make your own decision and grow up.
