Is anyone getting worried about the managements ability to continue to find good investments to continue the dividend growth( why I invest in them). Most cash flows are from selling shares in Milton at a discount to acquisition and existing (legacy) assets. My concerns are being raised from:-
- Large script purchase of Milton which incurred a massive impairment. The portfolio rebounded if they didn't start selling to fund PE
- Pengana Capital investment, wrote off and sold back (assuming for nothing) after a few years
- Private Equity portfolio hundreds of millions almost $1 billion invested for annual cash flow of $10m (1% return)
anyone have some insight?
