Argo used to trade above net tangible assets but has been falling below in recent times.
It is currently $5.87 against NTA (ex tax) of about $6.20 (based on $6.06 as at 30/9 and assumed increase since then based on rise in ASX 200).
That makes the discount now 5%.
Why pay retail when the market is on sale at a 5% discount?
