Yes Covid itself creates thousands of micro blood clots around the body and how the body reacts can result in a loss of oxygen delivery compared to normal levels - long covid a big part of this eg brain fog or other organ issues.
So, if the vaccine is proven to also create mini blood clots it can become very difficult to discern the truth of the matter as to cause and effect. Not sure it was ever proven that the vaccine created mini clots but just alleged without evidence of same.
