    Hiya Unbreakable,

Mate I think you need to get a bit more data on your charts... say 200 or so candlesticks, or a range of timespans...

this way you get to see historical support n resistance... 'tis real important that you are aware of levels of supp and res that have occurred "recently" as these will give you a better idea if a trendline break n retest is legitimate...

I'd recommend for a start (as well as noting Calvo's point that "we" predominantly trade spot prices here)that you try running a similar setup to the one I used on EURUSD on Friday, just to give you an idea of how the higher timespans tend to highlight n define support n resistance which you can then use the lower timespans to finnesse your entries with.

FOrex can be a tough game... massive spikes n dips can catch you unawares... biug leverage so you can multiply yer losses etc.

so maybe try running a trial account if you can (most "brokers" like Axis or IG are keen to get more punters and offer trail accounts so you can practice with funny money to get you keen)

Ultimately tho... from observing my own progress n seeing some of the successful traders here... you need to be able to make your own decisions when trading and make them with some kinda strength...

hang in there mate... you don't need to be succesful tomorrow, you don't even need to make money today.. if you can work on yer t/a, n have success with a funnymoney account... you will be able to build on that n trade properly when you are ready for a real account.

Truth be known, I would not have a day job now if I started off with a practise account...

    ;)
