I expect Mearsheimer was on the money when he recently indicated that he thought that the USD 60B grant won't do much to alter the outcome of the war, one of the main reasons being the lack of available supply of fighters and munitions for Ukraine anytime soon.

    Not to mention:

1.Russia's great success in planning and implementing its accelerated war machine and munitions manufacturing,
    2. Steady net increase in trained troops,
    3. Air superiority, and
    4. Booming economy.

So, I don't think NATO is capable of doing anything to stop Russia's continued destruction of Ukraine, with the added possibility of a complete collapse of Ukraine's front line if the above factors were to reach a "critical mass".
