SHE has been grinding against its major resistance line for approx. 9 months now. I do agree with earlier posters that the company marketing, investor communications, and promotion could be (a lot) better -- though I also wonder what difference this would ultimately make, outside of additional short term gyrations in the price, for a company like SHE whose profile attracts pirate value investors. With very solid financials and the potential for a few good announcements in the pipeline, im happy to wait for the breakout.
