    RM,

For u to sell a well built house u need a good real estate and if ur house has a lot of potential then u need to do some serious effort to get some of those high class real estates which have connections to wealthy people so u can get a good price. With no effort, big real estates won't bother looking at ur property.

The question u asked is all about what is it that the company is doing to attract those brokers to come and introduce our company to thier wealthy members?

We both would agree that when the broker asks 'what's in it for me?' then our management should have an offer for them that they can't refuse!!

On the other side, I didn't mention in my post anything to do with management having any illegal deals at all, on the contrary, I think any deals are perfectly legal and that's why these deals are usually done with small specs!

U and I could think that without brokers buying our shares we'll be fine but only brokers have the power to push any stock higher by promoting a certain company to thier clients!!!

We're not losing today RM because of these deals, we're losing today as a result of years without marketing the company and trading as if the company is privately owned!! We all know the history!!

Given the facts today and situation, I think these deals are the 'better' option of anything else we can come up with!!! All other options would have very lengthy and dull results and had our management promoted the business in a better way in the 1 - 2 years then we would need to do less favors today and we would have far better leverage when negotiating with these brokers!!!

    Cheers,
