I know that as at 31.12.23 the Annual Report states that ‘Trade and Other Receivables’ totalled $2,422,000.00.

I know that Brainchip and VVDN have been taking advance orders for the VVDN AKIDA Edge Box.

I don’t know when either of these two sources of revenue will be accounted for in a 4C.

I don’t know what if any other payments may be due in the Quarter.

I do not therefore have any expectations for this Quarter.

I do as a result of the known adoptions of AKIDA technology around the World and in Space that Brainchip has product that is practical, works and is being taken up commercially.

I known that Brainchip has at least 60 engagements and that Microchip is one of those engagements.

I know that if Microchip sells their joint technology offering with Brainchip to just one percent of its customer base of over 120,000 customers that would be 1,200 customers just from this one engagement.
