Well, the company needs funds to move it forward. Simple as that. It needs to secure funding and offtake to construct the CERENERGY battery plant, as well as the commissioning of the pilot plant for the Silumina Anodes product to get the samples to potential customers. Both projects have massive prizes if they succeed. Shareholders participating in the SPP will receive the 8 cent option, so if the share price has a run, shareholders have the possibility to also purchase stock at 8 cents down the track.
