The other positive is they have taken out potential 2mil shares seller with this Cap raise, who would otherwise have to sell on market & I honestly don't think instos bought that 2M shares at $1.25 to dump it on market, especially knowing how illiquid VMM can be at times.
And guessing from the negative response most retail holders have regarding this CR, I don't think they are the ones buying the stock today and most of short sighted holders are probably existing which only can be a good thing imo.
We have a long way to go with this world class REE asset and the company is now fully funded to progress full steam ahead. VMM management has advanced this project at a such a rapid pace in the last 6 months, as a long term investor I'm very happy to wait and see what kind of a resource we going to come up with over the next 2 months.
