Take sp of 7 cents for 80 mill paid for shares, add on 50 mil diluting freebies in June/July and we have a 5 cent sp.

The May GM should be interesting. Sp was 19 cents at the AGM in November. Adding value for share holders?. Someone is playing with themselves.
