I think that has to do with debt/loan contracts with the lenders. DEBT loan contracts have different conditions to the payments of the revenue/income arrangements for the three years we have with BHP. The three years payments (note I didn't use debt) is based on the coal prices, with annual payments capped at US350mil. Debt loans obviously are different.
