For example, JD is probably rubbing his hands with joy taking his his gravy train salary payments .. after all, he has ~15m shares, probably doesn't care too much about SP when he can sit around enjoying a lazy $200k easy money for doing nothing at the expense of retail holders. A 2c swing cancels out the salary issue.
My opinion and opinion only, is that he and the rest of the board are working towards a successful end game. Not a director's lifestyle type company by any means. Sell out/buy more? Your choice.
If you need explanation on 'what they have done' or more pertinently, 'what they are doing', you should well know it's not hard to find out, you've been in here long enough.
