No biotech company in there right mind gives any real guidance until they have an approval. Thats because you cant look like your promoting and marketing your product before fda approval. When approval is obtained you can advertise the product and state its unique MOA its efficacy and lack of side effects. That may get people thinking about what else the new (drug) can be used for.
