Re: We need to be mindful that this raising is SMALL and only to "top up" the "petty cash tin" .....

I think this is a very expensive way to top up the petty cash. Do you know how much a capital raising costs (time, effort, lawyers, accountants, printers etc.)? All write-off money without adding to the value of the company. I think the mgmt should focus on other things.

Why go through all this costly and time consuming process when petty cash is currently cheaply available from the banks. Your petty cash theory doesn't make sense to me.

I agree 100% with your statement that "holders are holding", but don't forget that there are also sellers who are selling.

Sorry for the sarcasm. I was really tempted to buy back in at 13 cents today (which is about 13% below the sweet deal a lot of people rave about).

I decided to wait a little bit longer, maybe to see the late 2008 levels again - not much has really changed since then. Correction, except from the empty petty cash tin :\ and non-organic growth (purchase of ...) which seems to be unsuccessful to find a real world mine willing to test it.

Even the best product is worthless if no one is using it.
    Still fence sitting.
