The franking credits is only worth 1.8 cents. Also there is a minimum holding rule to be able to claim franking credits. Must hold for at least 45 days. Link said it will be more than 45 days on the LNK dividend as it is related. Unless you qualify to this exemption:


“The integrity rule generally does not apply to individuals who receive $5,000 or less in franking credits in a year, which we call the small shareholder exemption.”
