How many times could CCO have possibly gone into administration without shareholders tipping in nearly $30mill to date since listing?

The company warned within its half yearly that without sales or further raises could be forced to extinguish its debts with sales of its Assets and its going concern. Should I do a comparison of debts & liabilities vs Assets?
