The question is how much money would VMM have to spend to get to where MEI is right now. how many more CR would it required to do? my guess is there will be a lot of dilution just to get to where, maybe half of what MEI has in the MRE? what would be the fully diluted MC of VMM now? around $100m? Yes, VMM might have a lot of potential but I'm not sure if the SP potential is the same. I think MEI definitely has the first mover advantage in the region and for the funding. Anyway, for better or worse, success of both MEI and VMM is going to be correlated.
