Tangles I’m in the same boat as you thinking there must be something that can be done legally. When I spoke to DB I put that exact question to him and he’s response was that the company cannot act until the government does.

So I guess what that means is they can take legal action if the decision is no but they have nothing to compel the government to make the decision in a specific timeframe.

Seems absolutely absurd and again I would have thought if the judgment says in a timely manner you would be able to argue that over twelve months later is not in a timely manner but the company either can’t or won’t take action in that respect.
