Not looking for any kind of argument here, I don’t think we even disagree, I’m just wondering how people walk away from spending hundreds of millions of dollars on a project then have absolutely nothing to show for it other than piles and piles of paperwork and some pilot factories. Yes they should also have some accounting to do for using any kind of investors money in that process. Can guarantee if I was given $100M of pooled investor funds I wouldn’t blow it all and return sweet nothing. And yes I understand investors take risks here but it still doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be some kind of serious accountability here for lining engineers pockets with all those funds for paperwork.
