This is what Gillard is complaining about. Keneally is reneging on a uniform workplace laws Australia wide. Keneally now wants to retain some sections of NSW legislation.

"The NSW Premier has said she wants to retain elements existing within NSW law that mean when workers have accidents their employers are presumed to be guilty of negligence unless they can prove otherwise ? the so-called ?reverse onus of proof?.

Another provision that NSW now refuses to repeal allows third parties, including unions, to launch prosecutions against employers and retain half of any fine imposed."

Geez I thought you actually be cheering Gillard on to overturn such rules.

Why's Tony worrying about wild rivers with this sort of thing going on.
