I agree that ppl will hold with anticipation of more news if the agreement does eventuate, however i believe the saying "everyone has a price" is true as well. If this stock rises, more and more ppl will have met their price target and sell them off. So whilst the portion of shares on offer might be scarce, it will eventually be too tempting for some as it always is the case in the stock market.
