CGT rules should be uniform and fair so that investors are not taxed on inflationary gains - if it is changed it should be changed for ALL investments As for ng is is not a subsidy it is equal treatment of gains and losses - want to get rid of it reform the whole tax system and lets just have a consumption only tax system.
We have plenty of land - but it isn't where people want to live and we shouldn't constantly be taking over our prime farming land either for housing.
