As to russian oil .......there is a lot of talk about OP here ......but only roughly half of russ oil revenue comes from "crude" and the other fom refined product as to the latter there are problems for russia ......te increased demand for these products due to the war .....and Ukraina reducing refining cpacity by their attacks
