Doesnt the timing of all of this smell a bit fishy? In my opinion the entire CR is a last ditch attempt by those in charge (and in the know) to grab as much as they can. The timing of the CR is really strange... we now know that VRX were given the responses and had to work through them to update the rts, and according to them it should be the last step in the process before the EPA prepares the report for the minister. So they allowed the price to get smashed by offering an insane discount all while having this information about the current state of progress of the EPA back-and-forth?

If the timing works out the CR will close, shares and option will be issued and then within a couple of weeks they will announce that they are waiting on the EPA report as rts has been accepted. That's all that's needed to send this back into what should be a maintainable positive trend.
