All I could find gav was that the original judgment was handed down in the High Court of South Africa (North Gauteng Pretoria) on 9 April 2010.
I can't find any details relating to the case.
The matter flew under the radar because the parties to the case were Myeleti Minerals (Pty) Ltd and the Minister for Minerals & Energy.
