prosecute the people sugglers from indonesia - go for it - if you can get the indonesian government to help - but don't shoot the victims - treat them properly
Do what coalition did, take away the benefits that gives people smugglers a thriving business. Boats stopped to a trickle. Didn't require any Indonesian government help whatsoever.
