i'll also add that insto's are throwing placement money everywhere at the moment, so its not really tough to shift $50mil like this. The reason I believe there isnt a deep discount is that there are quite a few insto's who have been watching the story, but were sitting on the sidelines as they werent prepared to take the liquidity premiums and execution risk of buying a decent stake on market.
