I see the TRV spoken about quite often and it is clear on nine out of ten times it’s purpose is not understood. Accordingly to answer your question we need to start with the TRV Definition:

The primary purpose of using technology readiness levels is to help management in making decisions concerning the development and transitioning of technology. It should be viewed as one of several tools that are needed to manage the progress of research and development activity within an organization.

Based on this definition it is beyond dispute that Brainchip has achieved Level 9 for AKD1000 Chip & IP, AKD1500 chip & IP, AKIDA 2.0 E,S & P IP, VVDN AKIDA Edge Box and EDGX-1 Brain.
