No one's suing - pressure will be on in May. There have been other applications at the JA stage that have stalled for inordinate amounts of time.
We are still not in a time period where it would be considered grossly overblown.
This will be approved (was by Keith Pitt and will be done by Madeline King who is PRO process and Gas).
Just load up and be patient - set it aside and don't think about it - I'd simply look out for news which will heat up in the lead up to decision.
