I have remained quite in the background while making my own assessment, without wanting to be swayed by the white noise (we know who they are) while coming to my own conclusion, which is very similar to your post above.

Personally I don't want to hear another word about GA until this IDC funding is secured - so all I want to hear about are actual results meeting IDC pre conditions. Please only mention GA if it is binding in nature (which it won't be) and keep your eye of the Phosphate ball, making sure IDC pre conditions satisfied in time for July construction!!
