    and if June Kobe auction is the same as April one just gone.
    and assume 40% net margin.
    i get FY24 Revenue of $41.9M & NPAT of $26.4M
    = eps of 6c & PE of 1.92 at 11.5c
    and Fair Value of 78c (hurdle 10%, TBV 12c, Growth 4% for 10 years)

    or hurdle of 20% to account for risks in this type of industry... FV of 48c
