So just to get things straight, only now after JZ enlists the help of an investment bank to negotiate a deal is he acting in the best interests of shareholders? I hope you realise that implies that he hasn't been acting in shareholders best interests for the last four years that he's unsuccessfully been trying to cut a deal.
